Decision of the State Council on Repealing Certain Administrative Regulations
In order to adapt to the new situation of my country’s population and economic and social development, optimize the birth policy, and promote the long-term balanced development of the population, according to the amendments to population and According to the decision of the Family Planning Law, the State Council decided to abolish the following administrative regulations:
1. Regulations on the Administration of Family Planning Technical Services (Promulgated by Order No. 309 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China on June 13, 2001, amended in accordance with the "Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on the Administration of Family Planning Technical Services" on December 10, 2004)
2. Measures for the Administration of Collection of Social Maintenance Fees (Promulgated by Order No. 357 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China on August 2, 2002)
3. Regulations on Family Planning for Floating Population (Promulgated by Order No. 555 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China on May 11, 2009)
This decision shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.
