Premier Li Qiang recently signed an order of the State Council announcing the "Decision of theState Council on Amending and Repealing Certain Administrative Regulations" The changes will come into effect on May 1, 2024. The changes are to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second Plenary Session of the20th Central Committee of the Party.
