“At the request of the investigator by the court, Albert Elakayev and Alimkhan Musaev have chosen a preventive measure to the extent that they are taken into custody,” the Investigative Committee said in a statement.
They stressed that investigators, with the support of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, continue to identify the participants in the attack, who are hiding from law enforcement agencies.
