At the same time, the President of Belarus on behalf of the Belarusian people and himself personally expressed his sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims, and also wished a speedy recovery to all the victims.

Earlier, President of Israel Yitzhak Herzog, US Ambassador to Moscow John Sullivan and President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed their condolences in connection with the tragedy.

On September 20, six people were killed and 28 injured in the shooting at the Perm State National Research University.

According to the Investigative Committee, the attacker is a university student.

During the arrest, he resisted and was wounded.
