Oman's Foreign Minister expressed condolences to Lavrov over the terrorist attack at Crocus. Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud al-Busaidi wished strength to the families and friends of the victims.
Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso had a telephone conversation, during which the leader of the African country expressed condolences in connection with the attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow. The head of the Omani Foreign Ministry expressed deep condolences.
