“The head of the Omani Foreign Ministry expressed deep condolences in connection with the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert complex,” the message says.
At the same time, the foreign minister wished strength to the families and friends of the victims, as well as a speedy recovery to those injured as a result of the tragedy.
Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso had a telephone conversation, during which the leader of the African country expressed condolences in connection with the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow.
