Also, Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid sent condolences to Putin in connection with the terrorist attack in theCrocus City Hall near Moscow. The Eritrean government strongly condemns the terrorist attacks, the Ministry of Information said. The attack took place in Crocus, a suburb of Moscow.
