According to the department, Afewerki stressed that the Eritrean government strongly condemns the terrorist attack.

Earlier, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, in a telephone conversation with Putin, expressed deep condolences and feelings of solidarity with the Russian people in connection with the terrorist attack in Crocus.

Also, Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid sent condolences to Putin in connection with the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow.
