  Participating officers and soldiers from China, Mongolia, Pakistan, Thailand and other countries lined up solemnly and participated in the opening ceremony of the exercise at the base peacekeeping training camp.

After the ceremony, the participating officers and soldiers went straight to the exercise field to start training.

  This is the first international multilateral peacekeeping exercise organized by the Chinese military, and it is also the first time that the achievements of the construction of a peacekeeping standby force have been tested in the form of joint exercises.

The exercise focused on "joint operations of multinational peacekeeping forces" and aimed to respond to the UN's "Action for Peacekeeping" initiative, serve the building of a community with a shared future for mankind, promote pragmatic cooperation among peacekeeping troops, and jointly enhance the ability of peacekeeping standby forces to perform tasks.

  In accordance with the United Nations standard operating procedures, rules of engagement, and actual combat requirements, the exercise relied on actual scenes, actual cases, installations, and actual forces to design exercises. A joint command headquarters composed of commanders from participating countries was established to conduct battlefield reconnaissance and security patrols. , Armed escort, protection of civilians, response to violent and terrorist attacks, construction of temporary operating bases, battlefield rescue, and epidemic treatment, etc., basically cover the main operational patterns of current UN peacekeeping missions.

  According to reports, the exercise is organized in three stages: professional training, combined training, and observation and demonstration. It will end on September 15.
