In February, Petra Weckström announced that she was leaving her position as CEO of Örebro Teater after seven years.
On Thursday, it was announced who will take over the assignment.
The incoming CEO, Stina Westerberg, most recently came from the position of Director General of the Swedish National Agency for Music and has, among other things, previously been CEO of the opera operations at Vadstena Academy.
Stina Westerberg will take up her new position on 1 September.
A press release from Örebro Theater states that there were 21 applicants for the position.
