It produces carbon fiber fabrics that are woven with a special technology.
The fabric is used as a reinforcing material for composites.
And has, among other things, been in Formula 1 cars.
- You can lower the weight of the car body or propeller blade.
And reduce the thickness, says Andreas Martsman, vice president of Oxeon.

Ten years ago, the company received a request from Nasa through its network.
- It sounded damn cool.
That they would fly on Mars.
But then it fell a bit into oblivion, says Andreas Martsman.
Through the years comes then and updates.
They find out that their fabric is in prototypes of the helicopter.
And on Friday, they get it confirmed.
That their carbon fiber fabric is in the helicopter on Mars.
