Japan Coast Guard to resume helicopter operations at Haneda Air Base. It has not been decided whether the same fixed-wing aircraft as the one involved in the accident will be restarted.
As for government officials, they will resume flying only on helicopters from March 1st. The company also took into account that the helicopter would not use the runway. Meanwhile, preparations are underway to restart the fixed- wing aircraft, which is the same as the ones involved in accident, in order to provide mental health care to the coast guard officers on board.
