This is Starship's third test flight, and SpaceX has continued to make improvements based on the data obtained from the past two, which resulted in explosions or loss of signal early after launch. Starship is an international lunar exploration project led by the United States, and development is progressing with the assumption astronauts will be on board and land on the moon.
