According to her, at a closed meeting on March 31, Svobez members will consider possible actions against the military who committed a coup in Myanmar.

"Today there will be a meeting at which we will consider what other actions we can take," TASS quotes her.

Earlier, the US State Department ordered "optional" diplomats and other US civil servants to leave Myanmar with their families.

On March 29, the U.S. trade mission suspended all contacts with Myanmar as part of a trade and investment agreement between the countries in 2013.

The suspension will remain in effect "until the return of the democratically elected government" of Myanmar, the US trade department said.
