Once listed on the stock exchange, Deliveroo promises the creation of a specific fund of 18.6 million euros which will be used to pay this exceptional premium.

The reward can range from 230 euros to more than 11,000 euros per delivery person, everything will depend on the number of deliveries made.

To take advantage of this, deliverers must have carried out more than one year of activity and carried out at least 2,000 orders.

The company recognizes that its delivery people, present in 800 cities around the world, have contributed to the company's expansion.

Indeed, Deliveroo, like other food delivery platforms, has seen its activity grow thanks to the health crisis.

But in recent months these companies have been criticized because of the precariousness of the work contracts of delivery people.

The latter are hired as self-employed workers.

What has earned these companies convictions by the courts, in Spain or even in Italy or the Milan prosecutor's office required the regularization of some 60,000 deliverers working for the main delivery platforms operating in the country.
