Oberstdorf (dpa) - Olympic ski jumping champion Carina Vogt has been removed from the list after her poor performance in the first individual World Cup for the team competition on Friday (5.15 p.m. / ARD and Eurosport).
National coach Andreas Bauer nominated Anna Rupprecht, Juliane Seyfarth, Luisa Görlich and Katharina Althaus instead.
Vogt described her 30th place with jumps on 81 and 70 meters as a “debacle”.
The 29-year-old had worked hard for a comeback at the World Cup after her serious knee injuries.
