The announcement of Khaled Youssef’s return did not find the expected welcome. According to Egyptian websites, the decision to allow Khaled Youssef to return to Egypt came after negotiations with the authorities not to prosecute him or arrest him by the Egyptian security services, especially since no judicial rulings were issued against him, and he enjoys all his rights as a citizen in movement and travel.
