02 February 2021The Tokyo Olympics will be there "regardless of how the coronavirus situation evolves". This was stated by Yoshiro Mori, president of the Games that should have taken place last year.   

"We have to go beyond the discussion of whether we will hold the Olympics or not. Let's talk about how we will hold them. Let's think about a new kind of Olympics," he said speaking at a meeting with the organizers of the Games.
