On December 29, local time, Colorado health officials stated that a local laboratory in Colorado had confirmed the first case of a mutated new coronavirus infection in the United States and notified the US Centers for Disease Control.
The infected person is a male in his 20s with no travel experience and is currently in isolation.
The Governor of Colorado said, “We don’t know much about this mutated new coronavirus, but British scientists have warned that the virus is more contagious.
