"In order to effectively organize office time, persons holding public positions of the Republic of Ingushetia, as well as persons holding positions of state civil service in the administration of the head and government of Ingushetia, should be granted a day off on December 31, 2020," the document says.
It is clarified that everyone else, including the heads of the executive bodies of state power and private enterprises, is only recommended to make December 31 a day off.
Earlier, "Nevskie Novosti" reported that December 31 was declared a day off in St. Petersburg.
Moreover, in the Leningrad region, December 31 will be a day off for public sector workers.
At the same time, in the Altai Territory, the Pskov Region and Yakutia, they decided to leave December 31 as a working day.
