According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 8 new confirmed cases from 0-24 on November 17th, including imported cases from abroad. 7 cases (4 in Shanghai, 1 in Shanxi, 1 in Liaoning, and 1 in Guangdong), 1 local case (in Tianjin); no new deaths; no new suspected cases.

  On the same day, 37 new cases were cured and discharged, and 379 close contacts were released from medical observation. The number of severe cases decreased by 1 compared with the previous day.

  There are currently 311 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 3 severe cases) and no existing suspected cases.

A total of 3,723 confirmed cases, a total of 3,412 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

  As of 24:00 on November 17, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 324 confirmed cases (including 3 severe cases), a total of 81,411 cured and discharged cases, and a total of 4,634 deaths. A total of 86,369 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are no existing suspected cases.

A total of 874,466 close contacts have been traced, and 13,974 close contacts are still under medical observation.

  31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 5 new asymptomatic infections (4 imported from abroad); 2 confirmed cases (all imported from abroad) on the same day; 59 medical observations were lifted on the same day ( 21 cases imported from abroad); 456 cases of asymptomatic infection are still under medical observation (387 cases imported from abroad).

  A total of 6121 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Among them, there were 5470 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (5212 discharged cases, 108 deaths), 46 cases in Macau Special Administrative Region (46 discharged cases), and 605 cases in Taiwan (539 discharged cases, 7 deaths).
