In detail, China has suspended entry to most foreign passport holders coming from Britain, and announced new restrictions on travelers from other European countries, according to a statement published on the website of Chinese embassies in several countries.

Starting today, foreign travelers from Germany, France, Poland, Denmark, the Czech Republic, and other countries will have to submit DNA test certificates and negative antibody tests in order to obtain the green "health code" from Chinese embassies and consulates in their countries, and only passport holders can Foreign travel travel to China after they obtain this code.

"This is a temporary measure that China has had to take to deal with the (Covid-19) situation in other countries, and in light of the changing epidemic situation," Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Weinbin said in Beijing.

Under the new restrictions, which will take effect, from tomorrow, retail stores will be closed, except for consumer and foodstuff stores and pharmacies, and residents will need to obtain a permit for a specific time to leave their homes.

Primary schools will remain open, but secondary schools will close.

Greece recorded fewer cases than most European countries, but cases have increased again since early October, and some restrictions have begun to be re-imposed.

Greece recorded, the day before yesterday, 2,646 new cases of the disease, the highest toll since the first case appeared in it, bringing the total number of cases to 46,892, while 673 died of the disease.

For its part, Poland recorded a new record for daily Corona infections, which exceeded 27,100 cases of the virus, yesterday, according to data from the Ministry of Health, as the country approaches a partial lockdown.

According to the Ministry of Health, 367 people died from the virus on the same day.

Poland imposes a partial closure, starting from tomorrow, in an attempt to control the outbreak of the epidemic, as stores have been ordered to close, except for those that provide basic goods and services, such as grocery stores and pharmacies.

The restrictions remain in effect until at least November 29, and current measures, such as a ban on gatherings of more than five people, have been extended until that date, and face masks (masks) remain mandatory in public places.

In Germany, daily infections with the Corona virus recorded a record level yesterday, and the data indicated that shoppers were rushing to buy disinfectants and bread ingredients, before imposing new isolation measures that began this week.
