For his part, the second defendant said in the police inference report that he attended the crime and could not report, as he was present at the scene when the crime was committed, and he realized that he was inevitably involved, and accordingly he helped the first accused carry the body and bury it.

For his part, the forensic expert at the General Department of Criminal Evidence in Dubai Police said that the victim died as a result of one direct injury, which caused a total severance of the spinal cord, and caused complete paralysis of vital body functions, including breathing, which led to his suffocation.

He revealed the difficulty of determining the time of death, due to the decomposition of the body, but it is estimated that a few months have passed since the body was discovered and autopsied, attributing the absence of defensive injuries to the body of the victim that the stab he suffered in the neck was sufficient to immobilize him and prevent him from carrying out any defensive action.
