“In connection with the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in Ukraine caused by the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine recommends introducing distance learning in institutions of higher, professional before higher, professional (vocational) education from October 15 to November 15 2020 ", - says the letter of the department to the heads of educational institutions.
In addition, it is recommended to vacate the hostels "due to the practical impossibility of guaranteeing safe conditions for health for the mass stay of education seekers."
At the same time, the organization of leaving the hostels should not be forced, and some groups of students are allowed to stay in the hostels, provided that anti-epidemiological standards are observed.
