"Over the past day, 42 children were hospitalized in an infectious diseases hospital, temporarily deployed on the basis of the Republican Dermatovenerologic Dispensary, with symptoms of acute intestinal infections (acute intestinal infections)," the department said.
Including 36 children from kindergartens, four from schools and two children who do not attend kindergartens.
"The condition of young patients is assessed as moderate," the ministry said.
Previously reported hospitalization of 39 children.
