The abuse is said to have taken place in mid-July in a villa in central Sollefteå.
Chamber prosecutor Jens Göransson's indictment states that the 20-year-old must have taken advantage of the fact that a girl under the age of 15 was drunk.
In her vulnerable state, he then raped her.
The 20-year-old is said to have pawed at another young girl's breasts at the same time.
He is now charged with child rape and sexual harassment.
The man, who is already known to the police, denies any wrongdoing.
