Midfielder Adrien Rabiot was established for his return to the France team after more than two years of absence, Saturday for the return of the Blues in the League of Nations against Sweden in Solna, according to the composition announced by UEFA.

The 25-year-old player, far from the Blues since his refusal to be a reservist at the 2018 World Cup, is aligned in the midfield with N'Golo Kanté, an executive of Didier Deschamps.

The coach of the reigning world champions offered a first selection to Dayot Upamecano, the 21-year-old central defender from Leipzig, accompanied by Raphaël Varane and Presnel Kimpembe.

For this first match of the season, almost ten months after the last exit of the Blues dating from November 2019 in Albania (2-0), Deschamps renewed the same system as in Tirana.

In front of the three-way defense, the sides are occupied by Léo Dubois on the right and Lucas Digne on the left.

In attack, Antoine Griezmann is in support of Kylian Mbappé and Olivier Giroud.

The Swedes are deprived of their captain Andreas Granqvist, package due to injury.

The armband was entrusted to Sebastian Larsson, midfielder of AIK (a club of Solna) tenured in a team which counts in its ranks Victor Lindelöf and Emil Forsberg, respectively central defender of Manchester United and winger of Leipzig.
