According to figures from Public Health France, France has this Saturday 30,698 dead from the coronavirus, or 12 more since the last score.
Some 8,550 have been detected since Friday, a figure down slightly but still very high.
According to the latest data published on Saturday by Public Health France, the number of new cases of Covid-19 detected in 24 hours in France climbed to 8,550 on Friday evening.
A figure very close to the almost 9,000 cases detected the day before, and an indicator that is still very high.

30,698 dead from coronavirus
There are now 30,698 deaths from the coronavirus in the territory, or 12 more in 24 hours.
The test positivity rate is now 4.7%, while there are 1,661 new hospitalizations due to the coronavirus over the last seven days.
In addition, 53 clusters have been discovered since the last survey, for a total of 484 outbreaks in the territory.
Public Health France considers that there are now 61 departments in a situation of "moderate or high vulnerability".
