The Ministry of Foreign Affairs denies that the UAE signed an internal security agreement with Israel

The Director of the International Security Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Salem Muhammad al-Zaabi, denied reports in some Israeli media that the UAE and Israel signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of internal security within the framework of the peace treaty between the two countries.

He stressed that the main goal is to establish economic and scientific relations in the field of technology, artificial intelligence, health and education, and this treaty is not part of the search for security agreements.

Reports circulated by some media today claimed to open contacts at the ministerial level between the two countries to sign a security agreement soon between them.

Al-Zaabi called for accuracy, objectivity and fact-finding from reliable sources, stressing that these reports are completely untrue.
