"We demand the reestablishment of President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita as President of the Republic" declared the Nigerien head of state, Mahamadou Issoufou, who holds the presidency of ECOWAS, at the end of a virtual summit. "We decide to immediately dispatch a high-level delegation to ensure the immediate return of constitutional order," he added.
