As noted, 967,874 citizens from Moscow and the Nizhny Novgorod Region voted remotely.

Previously, an exit polo conducted by the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM) commissioned by EISI showed that 76% of the respondents who answered questions in support of amendments to the basic law of the country spoke out.
