The Executive Director of the Human Resources Policies Sector in the authority, Aisha Al-Suwaidi, said that the study showed that 91% of federal government employees are satisfied with the process of applying the remote work system under the current circumstances, and 96% of them confirmed that their employers applied the remote work system, In the current exceptional circumstances, while 92% of the respondents said that their tasks are documented and their achievements are monitored on a weekly or daily basis, during the work period remotely.

85% of the participants felt that their work bodies provided the necessary technological requirements to perform the work remotely, and 61% of the study participants confirmed that they did not encounter any difficulties when applying the work remotely.

According to the results of the study, 92% of the employees are documenting their tasks and following up on their accomplishments on a weekly and daily basis (50% of the participants are documenting their tasks through periodic reports, which are shared with the officials in the entity, while 37% of the participating employees are documenting their tasks through systems Electronic).

The results indicated that 73% of the employees were able to fully perform their duties remotely, while the percentage of employees working remotely partially reached 22%.

According to the results of the study, 2327 participants work in jobs that do not require the provision of government services to external customers, but their work requires the use of electronic or smart systems to complete them, in contrast, 1959 participants work in jobs that are concerned with communicating with customers to provide services through the use of electronic and smart systems, or completion Governmental transactions, through service delivery centers, while 823 employees participating in the survey require their jobs to be physically present at the workplace, to perform tasks that cannot be completed via electronic systems.
