The UAE embassy in New Delhi announced that the UAE has obtained the approval of the Indian government to export adequate quantities of the medicine hydroxychloroquine.

The embassy said through her account on the social networking site "Twitter": "Under the guidance of the rational leadership, the embassy of the state in New Delhi succeeded in obtaining the approval of the Indian government to export adequate quantities of hydroxy chloroquine to the UAE."


The embassy indicated that the first shipment of the drug is currently on its way to the state, including 5.5 million pills, to be used as a treatment for people with coronavirus, and therefore we value the cooperation of the Indian government in facilitating the procedures for obtaining the necessary approvals.
