Aisha is launching her project to be the first under the umbrella of the "Mashaghel" program for rehabilitation and professional employment that was established by the Ministry of Community Development, in support and motivation to give the owners of determination, and is currently coordinating the Department of Welfare and Rehabilitation of People of Determination in the Ministry to register its project within the "productive Emirati families" program affiliated to the Ministry.

Widad Shaheen, Aisha's sister, spoke to "Emirates Today" about Aisha's distinguished personality and insinuation. She said that she is distinguished from her peers, because since her childhood she has been calm in her reactions. Widad admits that Aisha is more organized than her in arranging her things, and she is also keen on discipline in study and craft training programs. Widad continued: “Aisha is very interested in the bracelets she makes, and she received admiration from the children of the family, so she was only training them on how to make them, taking advantage of the time children spend at home following the application of the (distance learning) program within the precautionary measures to prevent Corona ». According to Wedad, Aisha is very proud of herself, and by what she has achieved, she always says to her father: "It is not only you who say about me that I am skilled, everyone now knows and says that I am."

Aisha, who mastered making bracelets with the qualification of the "Concerns" program in the Ministry of Community Development, enjoyed great psychological and social support, and found a family motivation to continue her brilliance in making bracelets that she mastered in her way when she devised a special bracelet with her bracelets, which was not within the contract that she learned, except that her teachers They agreed to continue its work, because the knot is its innovation, and it is also beautiful in its simplicity, which has added elegance and calm to it. Aisha's family provided the gold beads with which their simple bracelets were adorned, and distinguished her design, which won the admiration of everyone who saw it. Aisha used to produce two pieces of her bracelets each day, inlaid with gold, with the help of a simple hand-held machine used by affiliated “operators” of people of determination, and she remained so throughout her preparation period for launching her own project on World Down Syndrome Day, with support filled with love for her family members, who She is about to make an account on Instagram and a website that promotes her gold bracelets.

For her part, Wafa Hamad Bin Sulaiman, director of the Department of Welfare and Rehabilitation of People of Determination at the Ministry of Community Development, told «Emirates Today» that “Aisha violated all expectations when she was excited to work on producing (gold bracelets), which her personal ambition affected, especially since she is from People with Down syndrome who are known to reject the routine. And Bin Sulaiman explained the meaning of the name Aisha chose for her project, saying that "the date of March 21 is celebrated annually on the International Day of Down Syndrome, because this syndrome is linked to the chromosome (21) (chromosome of happiness)."

She continued: «This is what made Aisha stick to these two numbers in her choice of the name of her commercial project, which she called (AYSA 3.21) armed with the slogan (made with the will of the extra chromosome) indicating that she has Down syndrome, and it is known that the additional chromosome in humans is the cause of this syndrome ».
