An unexpected decision. The King of Spain Felipe VI renounces the heritage of his father, the former King Juan Carlos, and withdraws his endowment, the royal palace announced this Sunday evening.

This decision, which is a thunderbolt in Spain, comes in particular after revelations from the British daily newspaper The Daily Telegraph indicating that Felipe VI was also the beneficiary of an offshore company through which his father had received 100 million dollars from the King of Saudi Arabia.
