For his part, the friend of the victim said that he was with him on the way, and asked him to wait for him until he returned, and after a period of time he sought help, so the witness quickly went inside and saw two people assaulting his friend, while the accused was content with watching, then he entered to break the fight and asked them to return money Its owner, but they denied it was stolen, and when the police came, the defendants fled, except for one who claimed that his friend stormed the place and raped the woman, which is not true.
For his part, a witness from Dubai Police said that he moved to the location of the incident after receiving a communication, and heard conflicting accounts from both parties, so the woman first mentioned that the victim broke into her room and raped her, then she changed it and stated that she agreed with him to have sex and then they differed in the price, A quarrel gave her a relative to help her, while the victim confirmed that he had been robbed at the scene, and that he saw a person pulling his pants while he was with the woman.
