The Minister of Education, Hussein bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, said that the distance training system constitutes a milestone in the process of developing education in the Emirates, which is a pioneering step that contributes to enabling the teacher from the tools of knowledge and acquiring the required skills under any circumstance, pointing out that specialized training contributes In preparing qualified national competencies through the use of applying and developing the latest technologies, according to the needs of the beneficiaries of the employees of the Ministry of Education and the educational center.
He stated that distance training aims to spread the culture of e-training remotely 100%, and employ modern technologies to complete the training process, in addition to promoting the use of global specifications and standards in the field of e-distance training.
He added that this constitutes a new start in the path of specialized training for the teacher training institute in Ajman through the distance training initiative, which is part of the quality education provided by the Emirati school system, and it has become a national demand and a pillar for the continuation of the UAE in the steps of renaissance, development, leadership and human building, to be a model Globally in sustainable education, in implementation of the rational leadership directions in the UAE to develop education and highlight the future direction in education and the change taking place, in addition to highlighting the ability of the Emirates School system to prove its success and continuity during Crisis and emergency conditions, to build a student's learning and to devote the concept of lifelong, and give students the skills of 21 century, surpassing the limits of the geographical and temporal barriers.
