The Dubai Public Prosecution referred an African worker to the criminal court, on charges of assaulting the employees of the company he works for due to work problems, then the police officers resisted while trying to control him, biting the finger of one of them, and the prosecution directed him to commit a felony assaulting a police officer.
One of the victims said that there was a report about a problem in one of the companies, so he moved there in the police patrol, and found the accused who attacked his colleagues in the company, and he was in a state of agitation, so he tried to persuade him quietly that what he was doing was wrong and he should adhere to legal procedures, but he did not respond, He asked him to take the patrol car, but he refused completely, so the policeman asked another patrol to support.
He continued that two colleagues attended another patrol, and they in turn tried quietly to persuade him to stop the resistance, but he resisted them and began attacking them and pushing them, so he was knocked to the ground because of his resort to violence, so he took some of the finger of the victim’s policeman, before they took him over and took him in the police patrol.
For his part, the second victim said that his colleague called the operations room to request support, given that one of the people refuses to submit to him, so he moved with his colleague in the patrol, witnessed the accused and asked him to calmly act with discipline and not to carry out actions that would be reflected in him legally but he was angry, and he refused to enter The patrol, and he assaulted, taking advantage of his strong physical structure, but they finally managed to control him after one of them bitten and injured the policemen.
