Last year's meeting was a tumultuous story with coup proposals from members and the entire a-team convened as a voiceover for a falang in the club.

Former President Daniel Kindberg was present as a member. He was a diligent author but did not appear to have any objections to the nomination committee's proposal.

Kindberg criticized the budget

The most spectacular thing was that he criticized the budget laid down, which he said was missed by ten million on the expenditure side.

For understandable reasons, the annual meeting was not a cheerful event. The Group went back by just over 50 million last year and the elite company is under control balance sheet. At the beginning of June, the share capital of 20 million must be restored and formally the board of directors of the elite company now remains responsible as at that time.

But that does not stop Mathias Rasteby from taking on all Swedes' trickiest assignments.

- Of course, I have made explorations about ÖFK's conditions to rectify the economy. There is nothing we can tell about now, but I consider the conditions as good to get the money the club needs.

- Otherwise, I obviously would not have taken on the assignment, says Rasteby.

The Ghoddos affair is a cause for concern

A major concern for the club is Spanish Huesca's atmosphere after the Ghoddos deal. Fifa sentenced ÖFK and Ghoddos to pay damages of 40 million. In the budget, 10 million have now been reserved if the club would also lose in the arbitration court Cas.

The auditors are questioning the budgeted and significantly downsized amount, but the board member, as well as attorney Tom Pripp, is of the opinion that it is precisely 10 million that is the damage Huesca can claim they suffered.

It's still unclear when Cas's verdict will come.
