Sergeant Mohammed Khaled said that he saw the traveler fall to the ground as a result of his condition in the security inspection procedures in Building No. 2, as he was preparing to end the departure inspection procedures for his country, so he rushed towards him immediately and noticed that he was suffering from a sudden health condition known as "swallowing the tongue."

He added that he set out to perform the first aid required for such cases, from adjusting the position of the injured and resting his neck and returning his head to the back, which allowed the opportunity to open the airway and prevent the state of suffocation and the lack of oxygen reaching the traveler’s lungs, then he performed a resuscitation process until he regained consciousness.

He pointed out that the medical staff at the airport arrived and completed the necessary checks to ensure his safety, and then he was transferred to Rashid Hospital to receive the required treatment and check on his health.

The Director of the Airport Security General Department at the Dubai Police, Brigadier Mohammed Ahmed bin Dylan Al Mazroui, praised the high level of professionalism that airport security personnel enjoy in dealing with emergency and humanitarian cases of travelers, and the speed of their response to the dangerous situations that some travelers may be exposed to while traveling.

This came during the honor of Sergeant Muhammad Khalid, for his humanitarian role, his prediction, the speed with which he made the appropriate decision, and his use of his training knowledge in saving the traveler.
