The Dubai Public Prosecution referred an Asian woman who exploited a girl in immoral acts in cooperation with her cousin, who brought her to the country after tampering with her passport data, and forced her into prostitution, and the prosecution directed them to commit the crime of trafficking in human beings.
The victim (15 years old) said that she came to the state arranged by her cousin and stayed with her for five months until she asked her to massage men, and took her to a center run by an Asian woman, where the girl spent seven days, and she did not like the matter to force her to commit practices Contrary to morals, she informed her relative, which prompted the latter to keep her at home and told her that she would return her to her country, and offered her to get 50 dirhams in exchange for doing something wrong, but she refused.
The girl added that she met the accused through her cousin, and he kept communicating with her and told her that he liked her, but she did not like him and broke her phone, so he bought her another phone, then asked her to go out with him one day, after asking her cousin, he went to a nightclub and gave her a soft drink Mixed with alcohol, she lost her focus, and she did not remember what happened later, until she woke up to find herself missing her virginity, then the accused took her to a massage center and ordered her to work there but she refused, so he returned her to her relative again.
She referred to the arrest of her relative after one month in an ethics case, so the latter asked the defendant to take care of her in her absence, and when he came to the house to pick her up she refused, but he forced her to work in a massage center for four months.
The victim explained that she was forced into prostitution, and the accused used to take money from her by force, and she begged him to give her part of the money to send him to her country to treat her little sister, so he gave her 200 dirhams.
She continued that her situation worsened as the defendant forced her to work in prostitution, and when she grumbled, he harshly assaulted her, threatening her with a knife if she did not comply with his orders, and while she was in a massage center, she collapsed in tears. A taxi and I went to the police station in Dubai, and reported the incident.
A witness from Dubai Police revealed that the victim's relative was involved in the exploitation of her niece, after she persuaded her to come to the state to work, then persuaded her to engage in an illegal relationship with the accused until he took care of her, and remained behind her until she put her under the clutches of the accused before she disappeared and fled.
The girl got to know the accused through her cousin, and he kept in touch with her and told her that he loved her.
