The Ministry of Health and Community Protection announced the recovery of five new cases of newly infected Coronavirus (COVID-19), and a full recovery from symptoms of the disease, after receiving the necessary health care.
The ministry said, in a statement yesterday, that the cases of similar recovery were of different nationalities, and included two people from each of the Emirates and Ethiopia, and one from Thailand, and thus the number of cases that were similar to recovery in the state 12 cases.
She emphasized that the state’s handling of these cases, even their recovery, reflects the strength of the health system in the country, thanks to the support that the state’s leadership gives to this sector, and the concern to provide the highest levels of health care, whether for citizens, residents, or visitors, noting that dealing with infected cases They are carried out according to the highest applicable health standards, where they are placed under observation and medical care that conforms to the standards of the World Health Organization for people with symptoms of the virus, and follow their situation closely until they fully recover from the disease.
The ministry stated that it had registered 14 new cases of coronavirus, which were monitored through active and continuous investigation, and belonged to different nationalities, including four people from the Emirates, three from Italy, two people each from: Bangladesh and Nepal, and one from each of: Russia, India and Syria, confirmed All cases are stable, and are subject to the necessary health care.
She explained that the cases were identified through examining contacts coming from outside the country for previously announced injuries, and they were all in quarantine, thus the number of reported cases reached 59 cases.
The Ministry affirmed the continuous cooperation with the concerned authorities in the country to monitor, follow up and deal with the virus, in accordance with the highest medical standards for community protection with several precautionary measures, including thermal detection procedures and checks in state outlets, isolation of the injured, or suspected members of the community in health isolation rooms, Which has been prepared according to the highest standards approved according to the procedures of the World Health Organization, and meets all health and preventive requirements, in which all the principles of continuous disinfection and sterilization are followed to control infection, and supervises quarantine facilities, quarantine rooms, qualified medical staff and trained to deal with the Infectious diseases, to follow up on cases of any complications, and to ensure stability so similar full recovery.
The Ministry advised the public to follow preventive health measures and measures, and view the awareness leaflets available on its website and the official websites of the health authorities in the country, calling on people who suffer from respiratory symptoms to avoid mixing in crowded places and councils, preaching to the public excluding information from official sources, and avoiding spreading rumors.
