Two new cases of coronavirus were identified among the deputies of the National Assembly, said Sunday the ARS Ile-de-France in its daily report, which brings to four the number of contaminated parliamentarians. The names of the deputies in question have not been made public by the regional health agency, which also lists two confirmed cases among agents of the National Assembly.
All in a situation of "isolation"
"Health surveys are underway and management measures have been taken by the Assembly services to limit the possible spread of the virus. All confirmed cases are in isolation and have been contacted to specify the chains of contamination and identify the different contact cases ", specifies the ARS.
The Palais Bourbon, where more than 4,000 people work daily with the 577 deputies, will take advantage of the parliamentary break before the municipal elections to disinfect all of its restaurants. Collaborating employees were also encouraged to telecommute.
