As RT found out, as of February 7, 2020, Eduard Andreyevich was still listed there, and the other day his last name disappeared from the registry.

What it is connected with, it was not possible to establish precisely.

As follows from the open data found on the website of the FAS metropolitan administration, Fedenev worked in the audit company Banks-Expert LLC.

The company, in turn, is known for leading the RBC rating of “16 auditors who overlooked the most.”

“All conclusions issued by this auditor (Banks Expert. - RT ) contain neither reservations, nor explanations in the form of“ important circumstances ”. The company issued six out of eight reports to the banks of Anatoly Motylev’s group, the main one being “Russian Credit”, which became famous for a record “hole” of 111 billion rubles, ”RBC reported.

The publication then noted that the Central Bank has more and more complaints against such auditors and that some auditors do not conduct real activities and “actually sell their stamps”.

In these documents, Fedenev passes as a specialist in reporting, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards with 15 years of experience in banking auditing and a diploma from the Institute of Financial Analysts (UK).

Nevertheless, an archival record of the register of auditors testifies that in 2010, Fedenev received a disciplinary sanction due to certain violations committed during professional activities.
