Putin laid flowers at the monument to Sobchak

It is noted that Putin, along with the widow of Sobchak Lyudmila Narusova, laid a bouquet of red roses at the foot of the monument.

Also, flowers were brought to the monument by the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov, the deputy head of the presidential administration Dmitry Kozak, the head of the Accounts Chamber Alexei Kudrin, the head of Sberbank German Gref and the daughter of Sobchak - Ksenia.

In June 2018, the Russian leader said that in 1997 Sobchak was sick and needed treatment.
