Diplomats from various countries, including the US ambassador, pay their respects at the terrorist attack site on the outskirts of Moscow. 144 people dead and 551 injured, making it the worst terrorist attack in Russia in 20 years.

So far, four people from Tajikistan in Central Asia have been indicted as perpetrators of the attack, and the Amaq News Agency, which has ties to the extremist group Islamic State (IS), reports that the attack was carried out by IS fighters. Meanwhile, the Putin administration continues to claim that Ukraine is suspected of being behind the attack.
