Earlier, the Libyan national army of Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar said that she had destroyed a Turkish ship with weapons and ammunition in the port of Tripoli.
“In this regard, we announce the suspension of our participation in the negotiations on military issues that are taking place in Geneva until a decisive position is taken with regard to the aggressor and its violations,” RIA Novosti quoted the statement as the PNS.
On February 16, participants in an international meeting in Munich set up a committee on Libya, which will hold meetings chaired by the UN. The next meeting on Libya will be held in Rome in March, chaired by Italy.
As noted by the German Foreign Minister, in recent weeks numerous violations of the arms embargo on Libya have been recorded.
