"It was ordered to suspend the construction of a center for nuclear research until the parliament and the prosecutor's office speak out on this issue," RIA Novosti quoted a statement by the Bolivian Nuclear Energy Agency (ABEN).
In 2016, the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom and the Atomic Energy Agency of Bolivia signed the first commercial contracts for the construction of a center for nuclear research and technology in Bolivia.
A center for nuclear research and technology was due to appear in Bolivian El Alto.
