It was during the night of Monday Christmas last year that a woman was found dead at a villa outside Kungsbacka, something SVT has previously reported on.
"An investigation is now underway in parallel with the murder investigation of possible misconduct," Christer Fuxborg, the police's press spokesman in the western region, told SVT during the second day.
Two police officers are now suspected of malpractice, and will be questioned next week, reports P4 Halland.
