It is noted that "on the night of Monday, February 10, the south-west, south wind in the continental part will increase in gusts up to 20, on the coast up to 27 m / s."
The embassy reports that "strong winds can lead to the breakdown of power lines, tumble down trees and disrupt shipping."
The diplomatic mission also recommended "making stocks of food and drink, monitoring operational weather forecasts and alerting the population on the site."
